Our History
Thom's Construction is a general contractor for residential and commercial contracting. Steve Thom is the owner and hands-on operator of the company. He started his small business in 1991 as the only employee. With customer referrals, Thom's quickly grew to a full service team that can perform all aspects of remodeling.
Thom's does all possible work in-house to eliminate the need for sub-contractors, which will reduce the cost to the customer. When necessary, Thom's has a select network of sub-contractors in specialty fields to provide the highest quality of service to the customer. Most of the workers you will meet while your project is in progress are hourly employees and not sub-contractors. On all projects, a project supervisor will be on the job site during the major phases. The project supervisor will be there for your questions and concerns and to coordinate other employees and sub-contractors if necessary.
